Our team of Technical Service Engineers especially, work tirelessly to improve their expertise on our network, the products we support and our specialist areas. Currently, all of our engineers are working towards additional certifications within the Microsoft environment which will further enhance and compliment their existing skillsets.
The skill-sets of our in-house engineers include the following certifications:
- MS-700 – Managing Microsoft Teams
- MS-720 – Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer
- PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Analyst
- SSCA – SIP School Certified Associate
