Adapting our skillset and knowledge on the products we provide enables us to offer our customers and partners accurate, informative and timely support. In the ever-changing landscape of communications it is essential that each team takes time to further educate themselves on their skillset to ensure that we are always ahead of the curve and can offer the best service for our customers.

Our team of Technical Service Engineers especially, work tirelessly to improve their expertise on our network, the products we support and our specialist areas. Currently, all of our engineers are working towards additional certifications within the Microsoft environment which will further enhance and compliment their existing skillsets.

The skill-sets of our in-house engineers include the following certifications:

• MS-700 – Managing Microsoft Teams

• MS-720 – Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer

• PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Analyst

• SSCA – SIP School Certified Associate
