The Client:

Global Sign are the leading providers of trusted identity and security solutions. They enable businesses, large enterprises, cloud services providers and IoT innovators around the world to secure online communications. Global Sign are known for their PKI & Identity Services to enable e-Services, reduce management costs and secure mission-critical workflows.

The Challenge:

Global Sign was faced with a range of telecommunications challenges as they used an on-premises Cisco system across their multiple global locations. Their outdated phone systems were slow, unreliable and did not meet the needs of the users. The desired outcome of a new system was secure call recordings and geographical flexibility whilst still being easy to manage and affordable.

The Solution:

Re-search of different telephony systems led Global Sign to the identification of Anywhere365. After being told by multiple other providers that the requirements they desire were not achievable their search then led them to Fuse 2.

Anywhere365 offered all of the desired features, plus more, and Fuse 2 were happy to provide all of the necessary stakeholders at Global Sign with in-depth demos of the system to ensure that the solution met all of their requirements. The demos showed the extensive feature-rich platform and how it would enhance their communications globally.

Anywhere365 is a cloud-based solution that offers in-depth call recording, call management and statistics. These features, along with its global adaptability, made it the perfect solution for Global Sign. This meant that, with the addition of Fuse 2’s unique infrastructure and technically accredited engineers, Anywhere365 hosted by Fuse 2 was undoubtedly the best option for their communication requirements.

The Role-Out:

Due to the scale of the Global Sign roll-out, the decision was made to stagger the go-live. With offices globally, staggering the roll-out was the best way to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. This also guaranteed that there would be no downtime in global communications during the system migrations.  

The implementation of the Anywhere365 solution started in the USA, with the UK and Belgium to follow shortly after. The offices in the USA have now been working on the Anywhere365 platform for 8 months and they are very happy with the results so far. Communications are more streamlined and the reporting capabilities have proven to be a huge success within the business. Whilst the roll-out is still in the early stages, Global Sign are happy with their new system and also with the support and account management from Fuse 2.
