Chris Blagg

Chief Operating Officer

What does your job entail?

 Overseeing daily operations within the business. Being involved in sales, marketing and general running of the business. Most importantly, keeping my team highly motivated and happy!

What is a typical day like?

A typical day at Fuse 2 is rarely the same as the day before. Driving the business forward in different areas and continually seeking new ways to improve performance. Always starting the day early with two coffees generally helps!


Wayne Mills-Kidals

Chief Technical Officer

What does your job entail?

My role involves managing and strategic decision making of the fuse2 core network both voice and data side. I spend my days working on complex customer solutions, network designs and supporting and coaching the support team.

What is a typical day like?

I like to be up and out early walking the dog.. usually by 7am I have done a good 6-7km walk, which then sets me up nicely for the rest of the day.  A good bit of blue sky thinking about what tasks may lay ahead and being out in nature is always good for the soul. My day at Fuse 2 can be varied.  From working on developing our offering and network, to helping the team support our customers with the best support in the industry. Now Covid restrictions have settled down its great to go out and visit our partners, customers and go to key industry events.


Max Hardern

Enterprise Sales Manager

What does your job entail?

I have many responsibilities within my role including; account management, leading networking events/exhibitions/meetings and market research/verticals. I also have an extensive product knowledge, meaning I can develop sales and marketing strategies and generate leads.

What is a typical day like?

On a typical day I am demonstrating platforms, creating contract and proposal documents, managing account queries / projects and handling technical queries.


Andrew Quilliam

Business Development Manager

What is a typical day like?

A typical day in my job role is liaising with new potential partners and also with existing customers. With this, I am able to identify new leads, new business and continue to strengthen my relationships with existing partners. I also offer valuable training and demos of our solutions which helps me strengthen my knowledge of products.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy converting leads into new sales and bringing on new partners that I source and generate myself.


Jodie Penk

Marketing Executive

What do you enjoy most about your job?

There are no limits at Fuse 2 meaning nothing is off the cards, all ideas are good ideas which is really encouraging. I also enjoy being able to portray the unique services that Fuse 2 offer through different marketing materials.

What excites you about Fuse 2’s future?

Personally, I am looking forward to seeing the company continue to grow within the telecommunications industry. I am also excited to adapt the marketing strategy and help Fuse 2 differentiate our services from competitors.


Lisa Gallant

Project Manager

What does your job entail?

 I am responsible for planning, organising, and directing the completion of all Fuse 2 projects/orders on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the projects stay on track and tasks are completed within a certain timeframe and are successfully completed.

What is a typical day like?

A typical day as project manager includes monitoring notifications/emails daily, ensuring that they are distributed to the correct team, organizing new orders within the Project Management software and chasing our customers for required documents. I am also responsible for submitting the number ports with correct documentation to ensure that this runs as smoothly as possible and keeping our customers up to date on the progress of the project.


Pete Sunday

Technical Services Manager

What does your job entail?

My role involves a lot of things! Mainly it boils down to ensuring our technical services are running smoothly, and the experience our customers and partners have with our services is as good as it can be.  Also, helping to advance our own and our customers capabilities and drive success. I’ll be particularly involved with Anywhere365, and helping our customers harness its true potential.

What is your background (previous jobs, experience, education)?

I’ve been working in Telecoms and Technology for almost 10 years, working with major carriers in both a direct customer and wholesale setting.  I’ve worked across Operational functions and Learning & Development, and have a passion for SIP and ensuring a world class customer experience. I’m a SIP School Certified Associate and hold a Diploma in Management & Leadership.


Tyler Sutcliffe

Technical Support Engineer / Billing Analyst

What does your job entail?

I support customers in the use and deployment of our VoIP solutions, FTTC connections and router management. I also assist the Business Development team in demonstrating core systems such as our partner portal ‘EDGE’; which I enable to automate accounts data with our billing platform ensuring that Partners get the true ‘white label’ experience.

What is a typical day like?

A typical day consists of answering support related queries via email, support ticket or phone call. I also meet order requirements from customers such as deploying their chosen solutions and ensuring that all ordered items are added correctly to our Partner portal to hosted solutions.


Harrison Ellis

Technical Support Engineer

What does your job entail?

My job mainly entails supporting customer enquiries, change requests and fault diagnosis. I keep the telephony systems up to date and secure for our customers. I also ensure that all equipment, hardware and software are the best standard in terms of functionality.

What is a typical day like at Fuse 2?

A typical day can be resolving issues brought to my attention via the support portal in the form of tickets, or via phone calls. Additionally, I also have other jobs such as configuring new equipment or setups for customers


Kian Wild

Technical Support Engineer

What does your job entail?


Here at Fuse 2, my job is to provide exceptional Technical Support to our customers along with supporting them with all our services, which includes our very own partner portal in which is called EDGE. In my day to day, I work on building our 3CX systems along with diagnosing and limiting any challenges that may come in my way. I am always answering tickets and calls to make sure that all our customers feel comfortable, supported and to ensure that all is running smoothly as it should be.

What is your background?

My previous experience and expertise includes; completing a BTEC Level 3 Extended National Diploma within Information Technology. I have also worked with Networking, Coding Development and Scripting. Currently, I am also working on passing my Network+ Course to further and better my networking knowledge.
