MOUNTAIN DAYS (PROJECT LOBUCHE)

So training plan is still on track and arm is now 95% what it was before my cycling incident.  Still yet to get back on the bike but plan to do so now we are seeing much more COVID relaxations.

I have however now booked 2 mountain days with a chap called Jon Freestone.  Jon clearly has a passion for climbing and offers his expertise and knowledge as a service.  I have two days booked so far, April and May which will include grade 3 scrambles and familiarisation with roping techniques and working on interesting peaks (weather dependant)

Jon has suggested the following in Lake District – Pinnacle Ridge.. looks quite technical so glad he is in charge as its a Mid Grade 3 scramble.. The toughest i’ve done prior to this is Crib Goch ridge leading to Snowdonia which was solo, felt an achievement at the time.
