3CX are known for staying ahead of the curve, and the new 3CX IOS App is a testimony for this! The app boasts many new features that will help you easily manage multiple calls, whether on hold or incoming, all with a fresh modern look. Know who’s calling, check if who you’re calling is free and choose which call you need to prioritise all via your mobile!
Dialer
The dialer functionality of the app has been given a fresh new look to modernise and simplify your communications. The new features include:
- Visibility of the persons status to see if they are available for a call
- An avatar of the person you are speaking to
- Enhanced Navigation Functionality
- The bottom bar has been removed to create more room on screen when you are on a call
- Back button (top let) can be used to navigate to the previous screen all while remaining connected on your call.
Multi-Call View
Managing your calls during busy periods can often be stressful and having clear visibility of who’s in your call queue can help you prioritise incoming calls based on multiple identifying factors. The new Muti-Call View has addressed this with the following functionality:
- A scrollable list of your callers
- Identify who’s calling by their avatar or initials
- Visible Call Status – “on hold” or “incoming call”
- Each row is clickable allowing you to move the “on hold” button to the Active Call window
Call Bar
While on a call, you can navigate back to the previous screen by simply clicking the back button in the top left of the screen. If you are currently on an active call when you press the back button, a green bar is shown at the top of the screen.
This bar will show the current call you are on and you can return to the dialer simply by clicking this green bar.
The new IOS App is the first of many updates coming for 3CX this year, making it one of the most intuitive and advanced communication systems on the market!
