As many people are aware some call control and routing functionality is limited in Microsoft Teams due to the limitations we have integrated some additional features which is unique in the Microsoft Teams Direct routing space.

When taking a direct routing service from Fuse 2 for MS Teams, you can opt for some or all numbers to have advanced routing with the end user portal.  What this essentially does is give you access to a Fuse 2 End User Portal to configure routes such as the following.

  • Failover Routing
  • Twin ringing
  • Route orders
  • Time of day routes
  • Blacklisting/Whitelisting numbers
  • Routing based on caller/person

All of this can be simply configured by logging into the EUP with you DDI number and password and configuring the routes as per you desired outcome.

Bolting on this additional functionality greatly improves the usability of experience for people who require a little more than MS Teams currently has to offer.
